Dylan

Dylan is a sweet 7yr old male looking for his what we believe is his third forever home. He wasn't treated very well in his first and thankfully was returned to the breeder where his current family acquire him when he was approximately 2yrs old. They have done a lot of hunting over him and he is very, very people oriented. Will cuddle and loves to be with his people. Doesn't know any strangers. Unfortunately his people are elderly and are moving to a smaller home where their new HOA will only allow 1 dog, so they are keeping their 11yr old pointer in hopes it will be easier to find Dylan a final forever home.

Can 'wind birds' up to 100 yards away, will freeze and go on point - will stand for up to 30 minutes. Has been hunted extensively over the last 5+ years. Is said not to be a big talker, except at feeding time. He gets along with other dogs, and loves to play so would thrive in a home with another dog.

He doesn't have any formal obedience training, but comes when calls - their actions are more habit than actual training per his current owner. He will need to be neutered and microchipped prior to official adoption.
