Sage is a sweet soul who is 6yrs young looking for her final forever home. She is a Viszla with a full tail! She is in foster in Lacey, WA.
She does not walk well on a leash, but behaves beautifully with her e-collar! And her foster is working on the leash walking.Sage is crate trained and enjoys it but she does have genetic urinary incontinence so the blankets needs washed every other day.Her basic commands are “come”, “sit”, “place”, “off”, “leave it”, and “box” (kennel). She absolutely loves to give all humans hugs and she would probably enjoy learning how to hunt since she has high prey drive. An active family that is familiar with bird dog behavior would be good for her
She has not been hunted over to our knowledge, but could make a good bird dog if someone is willing to put in the time and effort.
