Bo is an adorable English Pointer who is approximately 1 year old. This charming young dog was found as a stray, wandering the streets without a home, and unfortunately, he was never claimed by anyone. Now, he is fully vetted, which means he has received all necessary vaccinations, and he has been neutered, making him ready to find his forever home where he can thrive and be loved.
While we may not have extensive information about Bo's past, what we do know is that he possesses a wonderfully sweet disposition. His gentle nature and friendly demeanor have made him a favorite among the shelter staff and volunteers, who have all taken a liking to this lovable lad. His playful spirit and affectionate personality shine through, making him an ideal companion for someone seeking a loyal and loving pet.
Currently, Bo is in a board and train program located in Kamas, UT, where he is receiving specialized training and assessment. This program is designed to evaluate his behavior and temperament more closely. Although he was known for his playful interactions with other dogs at the shelter, this training will help us understand his needs and capabilities better. During his time in training, he will not only receive basic obedience lessons but will also be introduced to an ecollar, which will help in furthering his training and responsiveness and being able to run all his energy during off leash adventures. Additionally, he will have an introduction to birds, allowing us to assess his natural hunting instincts and drive. This information will be crucial in determining the best environment for him in a forever home, whether it be as a family pet, a hunting companion, or an active lifestyle partner.
