Mack

Mack is a 3yr old unaltered male (Shelter currently working on getting him neutered) came into the shelter as an owner surrender. We are looking for a foster or foster to adopt to get him out of the shelter!!

From what we understand about his situation, it appears that a teenager was the initial owner who purchased him, likely with the intention of providing him a loving home. However, circumstances changed when the teenager moved out of town, leaving him behind with the family. Unfortunately, this family did not seem to recognize the importance of companionship and care for a pet. Instead of providing the attention and nurturing he deserves, they kept him tied up outside, which severely limited his social interactions and overall quality of life. This lack of engagement with people and other animals has likely contributed to his current behavior and emotional state. As we continue to gather more information about his background and past experiences, it becomes increasingly clear that he has experienced very little structure or formal training during his formative years.
