Rooster

Rooster was found as a stray in Idaho when he was approximately 3 months old, a vulnerable age for a young pup to be on his own in the world. Sadly, he was never claimed by anyone who might have been looking for him, and his current family, recognizing his plight and the need for companionship, ended up just holding onto him, providing him with a temporary refuge. Unfortunately, as life progressed, they moved from a spacious house with ample property to a more confined apartment space, which inherently limited Rooster's ability to run and play freely. Compounding this situation was the arrival of a new baby in the household. The mother of the family is currently facing challenges associated with postpartum recovery, which has made it increasingly difficult for her to manage the needs of both a newborn and an energetic dog. Consequently, the family has come to the difficult decision that they cannot provide Rooster with the level of care, attention, and exercise that he rightfully deserves.
