Sherlock

Sherlock is the sweetest 3-year-old coonhound I've ever encountered! He enjoys long walks and meeting other dogs and people. In fact, he feels sad when he can't say hello. Sherlock has no aggression in him, but he's still learning his manners and basic commands. Sherlock would thrive in a home with other dogs and children. He plays gently with me, and even when he forgets his manners and jumps on me, it's more like he's asking for a hug, which he always receives. He doesn't seem interested in birds so far but keeps an eye out for squirrels. Walking him on a leash is a dream, as he doesn't pull and always makes sure I'm still with him. We're working on his recall. He's awaiting his neuter appointment and will then be ready for his forever home!
